Today’s Reading:

Exodus Chapter 12

Theme:

The Blood That Covers

Welcome to Day 12 of 40 Days & 40 Nights of Exodus Homework through Living Waters of Redemption Bible Study.

Exodus Chapter 12 is one of the most important chapters in Exodus because it introduces Passover.

God commands Israel to place the blood of the lamb on their doorposts so judgment will pass over their households.

This points prophetically to Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.

The blood represented covenant covering, obedience, protection, and deliverance.

This was the night Israel finally left Egypt.
