At Thrive House of Redemption Ministry, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes an item may not work out, so we’ve outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and fairness. Please read through the details carefully before initiating a return.


Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
  • Store Credit: If a clothing, shoe, or accessory item does not meet your expectations, we are happy to issue you a store credit once the returned item is received and approved. This store credit can be applied toward your next purchase. 
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Mugs
    • Masks
    • Hats
    • Books
    • eBooks
      These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Return Policy

We strive to make the return process simple and efficient for our customers. Below are the key details of our return policy:

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Our return policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria are considered non-returnable and will be denied.
    • Tags (if applicable) should remain attached to the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Mugs
  • Masks
  • Hats

These items are considered final sale.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Begin your return by contacting our customer service team for return instructions by emailing returns@thrivehouseorm.org.
  2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Shipping:
    • Use registered mail or a trackable shipping service for your return.
    • This protects you in case the item is lost during transit, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.
  4. Approval and Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit to your account if it meets the criteria outlined above.

Additional Notes

  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We strongly recommend using a registered mail service for your returns. Thrive House of Redemption Ministry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return for processing and issuance of your store credit.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
